One night, under the moonlight
The moon will come to my dream

From one alley another
To a vineyard
To a sloe garden
From one valley to another
From a desert to another
Where at nights
Behind the plains
An angel comes
In fear and trembling
Puts her foot
in the spring
and combs her disheveled hair

deep into that valley
in which at nights
a lone willow
happy and full of hopes
Gracefully brings its hands forward
so that a star drops like a raindrop
and grows on one of its branches
instead of fruits

It will take me
out of the prison
like a witch moth
and takes me to the place
where the martyrs of the city
from the darkness of the night
until the dawn
Scream in the streets and squares
 
Hey forgetful man,
Hey you who is filled with hatred
Are you sober or drunk?
Are you awake or sleep?
 
We are drunk and aware
Us, martyrs of the city
We are sleep but we are awake
Finally one night
moon will come out
from behind of that mountain
On top of the valley
Above this square
It passes here while it's smiling
